Creative Content Manager

STN Digital is looking for a hungry creative content manager to join the herd! The ideal candidate must be a conceptual thinker who has the ability to consistently bring fresh, original ideas to the table in a very fast paced environment. Due to sports and entertainment being a 24/7, 365 industry, this is not your normal 9-5, but if you're willing to put in the hours, contribute to a passionate team and work with dope clients, this job is for you!


  • 3+ years of digital content ideation experience as a content specialist, digital copywriter or similar role within a digital ad agency

  • Must have a proven track record for ideating fresh digital content for large sports brand social media accounts

  • Must have previous editorial and social media experience in sports news

  • Must have extensive knowledge of internet sports culture

  • Ability to work and thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Extremely organized with proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and fast timelines

  • Unmatched work ethic and deep attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and a great sense of humor


  • Work autonomously or with the creative team to brainstorm, strategize and ideate daily social content tied to sports and entertainment clients

  • Support the Creative Director with ideating big ideas for pitches and RFPs

  • Support the agency design team to bring ideas to life (NOTE – this is NOT a design position)

  • Ensure all concepts meet the client’s brand standards and adhere to strategy, branding guidelines and budgets

  • Collaborate regularly with accounts and sales teams on creative requests 

  • Stay up-to-date on social media, sports and entertainment trends

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed 


  • Experience with social media management/monitoring tools

  • Experience with basic digital photography and videography, knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
